Always better to be Proactive instead of Reactive when it comes to homeownership.  With our 100-Point Monthly inspection and service you can stay on top of all the issues that seem to sneak up on you.

Monthly Air Filter replacements

Clean air is important to your health and the health of the HVAC system. Every month we will replace your air filter, check vents, check your smoke alarm and Carbon Monoxide detectors, check and replace lightbulbs, and every six months replace refrigerator water filter, and Hot water heater flush.

100-Point Home inspection

Part of the 100-Point home inspection report we will fill out every month and deliver to you will include checking the health of you HVAC system, interior and exterior walkthrough checking for leak, cracks, pests. All GFCI are working properly.

Handyman support at your fingertips

Every Month you can have a free one hour service call with a handyman.  among all the other things we offer.  Sometimes you need a just need a lock change, garbage disposal replaced, ceiling fan or television hung. Pick a day and time that works best for you and we will be there.

Ideal for Snow Birds and Landlords 

If you let us know you're traveling for any extended period of time we can collect your mail, Empty dehumidifiers in the home, and give you the piece of mind you need when you are away from home.

What to expect

What a Monthly Inspection consist of

  • Air Filter replacement

  • Refrigerator water filter replacement every six months

  • Hot Water Heater Flush every six months

  • Garbage disposal cleaned

  • Light bulbs checked and broken ones replaced

  • GFCI and other outlets checked and replaced if non working

  • Smoke and Carbon Monoxide alarms tested and replaced if needed

  • Dryer checked for built up lint and exhaust vent cleaned or replaced

  • Fans dusted

  • Dehumidifiers checked and emptied

  • Kitchen and bathrooms inspected for signs of leaks

  • Windows and Doors locks checked

  • Interior and exterior checked for any signs of pest damage

  • Mail brought in and stacked orderly

  • Photos and 100-Point checklist emailed directly to you

  • one hour handyman services if request is received. Photos before and after will be emailed

How Much does it Cost

49 dollars a month gets you all of the above and more. Billed Monthly or annually.  We also do offer many other services including lawn care, pool care, and junk removal.

Can I cancel Anytime or Skip a month?

Absolutely.  My business is one built on trust and if you want to cancel service you can at anytime or if you want to skip a month we can do that as well.
